Description of Service

DispatchCover provides general information about life insurance coverage for truck drivers and owner-operators, and connects visitors with independent, licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company and do not issue policies, provide binding quotes, or guarantee coverage or eligibility. Any figures shown by our coverage calculator are generic estimates for educational purposes only, not a quote or policy illustration.

SMS Terms

By submitting our qualification form, you consent to receive text messages from DispatchCover and/or its licensed agents regarding your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or reply HELP for assistance. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier.

No Guarantee

Submitting information through the Site does not guarantee insurance coverage, a specific rate, or that any agent will contact you. Final coverage terms are determined solely by the licensed insurance carrier underwriting the policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchCover and Tekle LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
